Haute Route des Perdus

Description

The Haute Route des Monts Perdus is a high mountain circuit around the Monte Perdido and Vignemale massifs, straddling France and Spain. The route crosses the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park (Spain) and the Pyrénées National Park (France). Demanding high mountain terrain with exposed sections — good physical condition is essential. Refuges are well distributed but must be booked ahead. Mobile coverage is absent across most of the route — essential offline.
